Privacy:
Information provided to SassySoapsCo by our customers will always be kept confidential. We will never sell your information to any organization. You will only receive information about SassySoapsCo if you are subscribed to our email program. You can opt out at anytime if you do not wish to receive newsletters or promotions about products/release dates.
Payment:
We are currently using both PayPal and Square to accept payments. Neither of these payment processing options share your information with us which helps keep you safe.
Allergies:
Please read all ingredient lists stated clearly under every product.
Everyone's skin is different and you must test soaps as you would anything else. Many of my soaps are catered to sensitive skin types but some ingredients may cause irritation. As always, test a small patch of skin for a couple of days prior to using all over.
Shipping:
We are currently only shipping to U.S addresses only. As of November 2021 all orders will ship via a Flat Rate of $7.95. We ship using both USPS Ground and UPS. UPS takes up to 2-3 business days to receive once shipped where as USPS Ground may take up to 8 business days once shipped. Due to the nature of some products your package may be shipped as USPS Ground to comply with any and all ORM-D requirements.
Refunds/Returns/Exchanges
Due to the intimate nature of soap, all soap sales are final and are not eligible to be returned or exchanged. If you have received the wrong item contact us immediately and do not open the soap. Once the soap is opened we cannot accept it for return or refund.
If for any reason the shipping address is incorrect contact us immediately so that we can try and reroute your order to the correct address.
Returns and Exchanges are accepted up to 30 days upon reception, the day you receive the product. We make every effort to ensure your package arrives safely and have insured it during transit; however, weather and unforeseen circumstances can cause our natural products to melt, freeze, or break. If this occurs, it would be helpful to receive a picture so that we can make a claim and get a replacement product shipped to you.
